Service Description

By booking this service I agree to release One. Sound Mediation Studio, LLC and those working on their behalf from any liability or injury that could occur. If I am pregnant, have a pacemaker, implants in my body, or another condition that could be affected by the sound vibrations, by booking this I confirm that I have reviewed my condition with my physician or psychologist prior to attending. I accept any and all risks and therefore release One. Sound Meditation Studio of all liability should any medical event occur. Should the class need to be cancelled due to inclement weather, a class credit will be issued. I am then responsible to let One. know the next class that I can attend, so that they can manually add me to a class. Once they add me, I will receive an email notification.
