Part of One.'s mission is to spread our light.  There is no better way than to help others in need and give back to the community.

November 2022: We will be holding two special sound meditations for veterans free of charge to honor and thank them for their service.

​

October 2022: We will be collecting non-perishable items for Thanksgiving Dinners for Resources Unite (canned vegetables, cranberries, boxed or bagged potato flakes, boxes of stuffing, ect).  We will have a donation box at the studio.
